Kate's Lifelines Blog
In late November 2009 Kate began a distance-learning Lifelines-Autobiography writing course with the UK-based Open College of the Arts. This blog will record her progress during the course, which she expects to take one year to complete. The blog is a log or journal in which Kate will record, structure, reflect upon, plan and develop her learning and skills development during the Lifelines course. If she can find a publisher, she hopes to publish her autobiography in 2011, the year of her 50th birthday.
"Delving into one's past to research an autobiography is an exciting and thought-provoking experience," says Kate. "During my life I've had some unusual experiences and met very interesting people - I hope that my family, friends and supporters will enjoy reading my memoirs as much as I'm enjoying writing them."
